Who We Are

New Florida Windows was established to address a consistent gap in the market: Reliable, high-quality window installation at a fair price.

With decades of combined experience in real estate investment and construction throughout Tampa Bay, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and surrounding areas, founders Nick Berente and Tibor Gyori have worked extensively with contractors across all trades. Window replacement was one of the few areas where consistent quality, pricing, and execution were difficult to find.

Many companies were either overpriced without delivering true value, or lacked the level of workmanship required. Timelines were often inconsistent, and results did not meet expectations.

New Florida Windows was built to change that.

The company began by installing windows in its own renovation projects, including impact windows designed to meet Florida hurricane standards. Each project was completed with a focus on precision, efficiency, and long-term durability.

As demand grew from homeowners, neighbors, and investors, the business expanded into a full-service window company.

Today, Florida New Windows Inc. provides impact window installation and window replacement services across Tampa Bay, serving both luxury properties and residential homes.

Nick Berente is a real estate investor based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and the managing member of Nino Properties.

With over 20 years of experience in luxury home renovation and real estate investment, he has built a strong reputation for delivering high-value results on accelerated timelines. His work has focused primarily on high-end residential properties throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Nick’s approach emphasizes efficiency, quality control, and execution — ensuring projects are completed to a high standard without unnecessary delays.

Tibor Gyori

Co-Founder

Tibor Gyori is a licensed contractor and real estate investor with extensive experience in residential construction throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Over the past five years, he has been involved in the renovation of more than 100 properties, including a significant number of luxury homes.

He is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and consistent workmanship, bringing hands-on expertise to every project.
